Greg Word, Managing Director of VisionFirst Advisors, will draw from his extensive experience in the economic development field to present best practices in utilizing labor market data to communicate the depth and breadth of your talent pool to corporate executives who may have never set foot in your community. 
Stefan Richarz
Stefan Richarz, Data and Evaluation Director for The Attainment Network, will cover how to utilize labor market data to drive collaboration and solve the complex challenges that exist in aligning education and workforce development. 
Robyn Shannon
Robynn K. Shannon, Director of Curriculum Development in the Provost’s Office at West Virginia University, will discuss how to best utilize labor market data in academic decision making, to support students at the university level. 
Julie Williamson
Julie Williamson, Ginovus’ Manager of Research and Data Analysis, will expand on how best to use high quality labor market data for site selection, to reduce pain points and streamline the process.  
Jennifer Lenahan- Cleary
Jennifer Lenahan-Cleary will delve into the insights uncovered by the study and disseminate how many colleges and universities use labor market information to adjust their programs and credentials, to better prepare their students for the workforce. 
Brian Davis
Brian Davis, Executive Director of the Capital Region Workforce Partnership, will explore how the practice of workforce development requires the right mix of “magic” for decision-makers, policy leaders, program managers and staff, to better serve employers and jobseekers. 
Martin Scaglione
Martin Scaglione, Chief Mission Officer at Goodwill Industries International, will share his perspective on the role high-quality labor market data plays in mission-driven workforce planning.

Each session will draw inspiration from different Hogwarts classes, and you may find other nods to the magical theme throughout the conference.
