Housing as a Vehicle for Economic Development

Then, McGuireWoods Sr. VP & Director of Infrastructure and Economic Development Chris Lloyd described housing as a vehicle for economic development and detailed the benefits of recent policy changes that aim to remove obstacles to housing.
